Aaron Hickmann is Head of Growth & Technology at The Beachouse and The Big Wedgie Amusement Parks, where he works across growth, technology, and customer experience.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of LSTX and a board member, with a career built through founding, leading, and scaling technology businesses across Australia and the USA.

VAILO is headquartered in Texas, USA, with its manufacturing operations also based there. Aaron founded the business, led it as chief executive, and later served on its board.

From MANN Technology Group and Vircura to his current ventures, Aaron brings together commercial thinking, practical technology, and a builder’s instinct to turn ideas into operating businesses.
